Return

If you want to return a product, you can contact our customer service team within 30 days after receiving your order. Please e-mail containing your request; Send to info@bexjewelry.com with your order number, name surname and e-mail address.

You can send us the products you will call us within 30 days to perform the return process.

You can put the refund in any package and deliver it to the cargo with a note you specify your order number. After reaching our hands and the necessary checks are realized, the refund is provided within 1-3 working days. The information about the return transaction will also be forwarded to the side within 1-3 working days via e-mail.

If the order amount is below $100 and all the products in the order have been returned, the cargo fee paid will be returned.

Change

We do not have an option of change. Please return the product you have purchased and make a new purchase for the right product. You can send us the products you will call us within 30 days to perform the return process.

Order cancellation

You can cancel your order by sending e-mail only to info@bexjewelry.com. For the orders sent to the cargo transfer center or assigned to follow -up code, the cancellation process is not performed and the return process must be monitored.

We have the right to cancel orders that abuse our conditions of use. We will refund the suspected order amounts of fraud. Please read our terms of use carefully.

Damaged Products
