You can reach us by sending an e-mail to info@bexjewelryusa.com. Our customer service team will get back to you as soon as possible. We ask you to wait up to 24 hours for a response. Our customer service team is available 5 days a week from Monday to Friday. Inquiries sent on weekends or public holidays will be answered the next business day.
How long is the order delivery time?

Your orders are shipped within 1-2 business days. We'll post a shipping notification with a tracking number when your package is shipped.

Do you have a sales store?

Currently, we only have an online store.

What should I do if the product I received is damaged or defective?
We strive to ensure that all the products we offer are of the highest standard and quality. However, if you have a concern about a defective or damaged product, please email us with a photo showing the damage so we can review the matter; send it to info@bexjewelry.com with your order number, name and e-mail address.

Yes, we will assist you to install the template if needed. You can contact us to ask for Installation service.

Will sold-out products be back in stock?

Frequent stock updates are provided in dozens of different models that we bring to you under the Goes Bag brand. If the product you like is out of stock, clicking the "INFORM ME WHEN IT HAPPENED" button will be enough to inform you when the product is in stock.

What should I do for return - exchange transactions?
